Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years Management Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required, post secondary education an asset.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- A criminal record check will be required if hired.
NOTE: THIS IS A HIGH STRESS JOB AND INVOLVES BEING AVAILABLE FOR EVENING & WEEKEND WORK

Professional Drivers

Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Attitude – we want a true professional, someone who understands the challenges of trucking and will follow the safety programs we put in place to protect the customer, the public, the people we work with and themselves.
- Drivers License – must hold a valid BC Class 1 or 3 license with Air endorsement.
- Experience: Long Haul/Regional Drivers – someone with 3 years or more experience driving a B-Train or equivalent weight unit.
- Experience: In town Drivers – a mature attitude, more interested in someone who has a professional attitude and can follow safety rules than the amount of experience they have driving.
- Health – drug free, physically fit.
- A criminal record check will be required if hired.

COMPANY DRIVERS:

- Long haul drivers paid hourly, with overtime: Our top earners make over $100,000 a year. Assigned trucks.
- In town and local drivers earn $18-$24 per hour depending on job and experience.

- No paint requirements
- Mileage rate changes with fuel price; fuel costs are never an issue.
